Indian Institute of mass communication (IIMC) endearingly invites you to its annual-fest MEDIA MAHAKUMBH. The premier institution of Journalism amalgamates intellectual exchanges from the best of the industry to events that challenge one’s journalistic horizons. IIMC also hosts the much-celebrated band Astitva as part of the Artist night.
The much-anticipated event at this year’s Mahakumbh is the panel discussion on –“Digimedia: Transforming the Media Ecosystem”. The star-studded panel includes Navika Kumar (Political Editor-Times Now), Nidhi Kulapati (Senior Editor-NDTV), Chandan Mitra (Editor and MD- The Pioneer) and the renowned news anchor Deepak Chaurasia.
Keeping the intellectual pursuits aside, be prepared to have your wits and creativity challenged at fun-filled competitions as Radio MM Live, Slam Poetry, Battle of Covers (Band Competition), fashion show and Short-film making competition among a host of others.
The organising team has been working day in and out for the last three months to make the event memorable for the participants. “We will be devoted towards creating an unforgettable experience for all our attendees, simultaneously providing unmatchable opportunities to the youth for showcasing their varied talents in front of exceptional stalwarts, highly evolved audience and top-notch jury”, stated Sandesh Chaurasia, President of the Core Organising Committee.
