For admission in Delhi University through sports quota, students will have to give trials as per the University Schedule. The sports trials will begin from 22 June 2018. The students who have secured a position/medal at international level can, however, avail direct admission.
The University has reserved 5% seats for admission through sports quota and has asked colleges to update their list of vacant seats and sport available.
The University offers a total of 33 games, trials of which will be conducted at different locations as per the schedule. Students are required to submit their best three certificates which should not be of mere participation. The final admission will be judged on the basis of trials and certificate weight. The schedule is as follows:
a. The students appearing for trials must bring printed copies of their online Undergraduate Admission Form.
b. Reach the ground half hour prior to the start of the game.
c. Bring your proper playing kit.
d. Any guardian accompanying student will not be allowed inside the trial ground premises.
e. Applicants appearing for the following sports should bring the following for their trials:
University shall announce the final list of students before 6 July. These students are still eligible for admission on merit basis.
